Fun fact: In addition to manipulating the shape of water, Sophia can change its temperature. That's how she made the icicle earlier, and how she can evaporate the water ball here.

She's actually quite resistant to extreme temperatures, as a side-effect of this ability. And I'm mentioning it right now because it'll probably never come up again.
